Learning Vedic meditation has helped me feel less anxious in my daily life, allowing me to manage the busy days with calmness and perspective. I especially value the close bond I have formed with Julia as my teacher through the weekly group meditations, including being able to chat further about my meditation experiences and ongoing journey. While this practice is for me, I love having the connection to other meditators at Mahasoma and experiencing the continued meditation growth and deeper Vedic knowledge shared from Julia. It’s been an amazing ongoing experience that didn’t just end after completing the Vedic meditation course.

Learning Vedic meditation has undoubtedly changed my life for the better. I am living more presently in the moment, I am gaining awareness of emotions and outputting more positivity throughout my days. Upon starting the learning of Vedic meditation, I was very nervous and apprehensive about it all. I was very amazed when the first day was over, at how wrong I was to be nervous. Julia was super easy going and made the process of learning this new life skill an informative, fun experience. Her willingness to be present, attentive and understanding helped a lot.
