Rounding is an advanced practice designed to release the stress stored in the body, provide deep rest and amplify your meditation experience - this simple yet powerful technique is a great way to tap into those deeper layers of rejuvenation and access greater clarity.
A ‘round’ involves a sequence of gentle asana (yoga), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. During the workshop we will go through the rounding process and discuss ways to implement it into your existing practice before sharing a nourishing meal together.
