Learn Vedic meditation with Julia and experience the benefits of this effortless practice for yourself. In four short sessions, you will discover how simple it is to dissolve stress and move through life with more energy, confidence and a greater sense of clarity.
Session 1: Saturday 3rd - A one hour, private session where you will receive your personal mantra and instructions for practice. Select your preferred time upon sign up.
Session 2: Sunday 4th - 9:30am-11:30am
Session 3: Monday 5th - 6:30pm-8:30pm
Session 4: Tuesday 6th - 6:30pm-8:30pm
Location: Sessions are held at a private residence in Hampton, address will be provided upon signing up for the course.
