Session 1: Saturday 24th - A one hour, private session where you will receive your personal mantra and instructions for practice. Select your preferred time upon sign up.
Session 2: Sunday 25th - 7pm-8:30pm
Session 3: Monday 25th - 7pm-8:30pm
Session 4: Tuesday 26th - 7pm-8:30pm
Location: Sessions are held at a private residence in Hampton, address will be provided upon signing up for the course.
