Learn Vedic meditation with Julia and experience the benefits of this effortless practice for yourself. In four short sessions, you will discover how simple it is to dissolve stress and move through life with more energy, confidence and a greater sense of clarity.

Session 1: Saturday 29th - A one hour, private session where you will receive your personal mantra and instructions for practice. Select your preferred time upon sign up.

Session 2: Sunday 30th - 9:30am-11:30am

Session 3: Monday 31st - 6:30pm-8:30pm

Session 4: Tuesday 1st - 6:30pm-8:30pm

Location: Sessions are held at a private residence in Richmond, address will be provided upon signing up for the course.
